Terminalia bellerica fruit extract is applied externally to eyes. It is laxative, & is useful in diarrhea, piles,dyspepsia, biliousness, headache, inflammatory effect of small intestine. It is expectorant in coughs & inflammation of throat. It is also used in leprosy & dropsy & enlargement of spleen.
