Piper nigrum fruit extract (Kalimirch/Black pepper)

Piper nigrum fruit extract is stimulant, acrid, pungent, aromatic, hot, carminative, diuretic, anti-periodic, anti-pyretic & has anti-blennorrliagic properties. It is used for cholera, dyspepsia, flatulence, diarrhoea & various gastric ailments. Gargled in sore throat & hoarseness & in toothache. It is useful in ague, gonorrhea, hemorrhoids, scorpion sting, weakness after fever, vertigo, coma, tremors & delirium, paraplegia & arthritic diseases, in asthma & malarial fever. It is tonic, bechic, aphrodisiac, anti-spasmodic. Also used as preservative for perishable foods. In confectionery, beverages, canning, pickling, baking & seasonal dishes.
